B50A700 Non Grain Oriented Electrical steel
The production process of silicon steel includes raw material preparation, steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling and annealing. First, high purity iron is mixed with appropriate amounts of silicon, manganese and chromium to make a raw material containing 6.5% silicon steel. Next, the raw material is heated to high temperatures and refined into billets. The billet is shaped by a continuous caster and rolled by a mill to make a thin, uniform silicon steel sheet. Finally, the silicon steel sheet is heated to high temperatures and annealed at specific times and temperatures to increase its magnetic conductivity.
